How do I change movie language resp. subtitle language in iTunes?

Living in Switzerland and having chosen German as iTunes language, movies are automatically downloaded syncronised in German language. How can I avoid that?

There are movie selection lists with movies in Italian and French as well - but I want English. How do I get that?

How can I download movies in original language, no matter which language? Should be pssible in an international world.

How can I download movies with subtitles in a language chosen by me?
