Question

IPod Mini Won't Turn Off

HELP! The iPod mini (about three months old, 4GB) will not turn off. It was fine until today. I have followed all the rest instruction, but it's still stuck on "on". The guidance in in the on-line mannual is -- well, you guessed it -- useless. Any ideas?

First make sure you have not locked it or put it on hold, (check the top of it to see).
If that does not work try to hold down the pause/play button for a few seconds, or reset it by holding down the menu button and the select button for a few seconds.

Thanks for suggestion,but that was in the PDF instructions, so that was the first thing I tried. Anyone with any other ideas?
