i also am receiving that message when i ogin with my apple id it says sice i never made a purchase before, just got ipad, review my account info, I've ut credit cards in, gift cards etc, and still same error message call to complete transaction. im in the army deployed i cant call support, and have sent meals. had my sister call and they said theres nothing they can do. they told her to tell me to chat tried to go to express lane only contact option it will give me is email. soooooooooo frustrating. never had these problems with my doid tablet think ima get rid of this thing

Crap and I was sitting here thinking that I was the only one haveing this problem!!! I have emailed and gotten nothing back and when you call the 800 number all they say is you have to do it on line you can't call them.. Why the **** not!!! I want answeres as to why if i have the money in my account for the $1.99 app i got. and why in the **** i can't do any thing with my ipod because i have like 6 updates and i can't even do that....
