AirPort Extreme only N can't connect

Hi!

I bought AirPort Extreme (model: MD031RS/A) in Russia a week ago.

I was setup it and it's working fine but now I've trouble.

My home network is macbook pro (2010, 10.7.2), macbook (2008, 10.7.2) and two iphones 4.

I configured my AEBS and selected Radio mode 802.11n only (5Ghz) - 802.11n only (2.4Ghz) and it worked.

Some day ago I can't connect to my mabooks to AEBS - "Could not join "my_network". "A connection timeout occured" but my iphones work good.

Then a rebooted my AEBS, reconfigured.. changed redio mode, radio channels, country, transmit power, and other options. And I saw my macbooks can connect only when AEBS works on radio mode not N protocol.

Also I changed AEBS firmware from 7.6 to 7.5.2 and back..

I don't have idea. My be it's hardware or firmware problems..

Also I have Airport Express (2008 with support 802.11N) and it works fine alway, more than two years.

Then I tried to troubleshooting.

1)

In console I recived messages:

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

And I recived a message: "Could not join "my_network". "A connection timeout occured"

but if the connection goes well then

kernel: MacAuthEvent en1 Auth result for: MY_AEBS_MAC MAC AUTH succeeded

kernel: wlEvent: en1 en1 Link UP

kernel: AirPort: Link Up on en1

2) sudo /usr/libexec/airportd logger
