Why won't any of my downloaded apps open?

I folowed the directions that someone gave me on here...https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3599234

It worked for around 1-2 hours,

But then, out of no where, they stoped again. I tryed to resset it, and they still wont work..

Please help!

iPod touch, iOS 5.0.1
