My clock app is gone

My 1-year-old son was playing with my iPhone 3GS, and now my default IOS clock app is gone from any of my screens.

Before everyone jumps in and says "you can't delete the clock app, it has to be on another screen or in a folder", let me assure you that I have checked all 3 screens and it is not there, nor is it in either of the folders. It simply isn't there. When I go to the search screen and search for clock, it finds it immediately and I can use it that way without a problem. But I need to get it back as an icon on my normal screen.
