spam filter not catching certain spam

My spam filter (Mac OS Server 10.5) is not catching a certain kind of spam and I can't train it to catch it either. This is spam that I'm cc and the subject and body of the text is words that are broken up to look like gibberish like this:

Spec ialPi ll sNo tElus iveToHun tOutAfte rAll

Has anyone had succes on eliminating this type of spam?
