I had install the profile (as request by the site for controlling purposes, they have to avoid multiple downloads) to my phone but it seems cannot locate in the phone, as my past experience that all the profile install will show in the general tab there

It certainly looks questionable to me. The only legitmate way to download apps to an iOS device is through the iTunes Store. Anything else is suspect.

I know exactly what you are asking. All you have to do is go to settings then safari then press clear cookies and Data. This will delete teh freemyapps profile. To check just go to the webpage and you will see it will ask to register your device.
