I'm not sure how but we got stuck in voice control and now I can't do anything. Can't make a call, change the settings, etc. please help me turn this off and permanently disable this. Its like the 5th time its happened...we managed to turn it off before by pushing everything but nothing has worked today. thanks.

if by voice control you mean the blue screan you speak to and its stuck there, turn the phone off and on, then go to settings accessibillity and turn it off.
if its voice over, which reads everything you touch then
go to settings and accessibility and turn voice over off. you have to double click an app to open it and have to use 3 fingers to slid through pages.
