JVC mini DV camcorder to iMovie?

Hi

i would like to import movies i made on my 10 year old JVC mini DV camcorder GR-DVL200 which has a 4 pin Firewire port.

Is the cable below (4 pin to 9 pin ) the only thing i need to connect a brand new iMac 21" ?

Will the iMovie software be able to capture the video from the JVC
