Hi, I can not access the itunes store and no error message is mentioned

I have tried to access the itunes store via itunes but unfortunately this will not load up. No error message is occuring. I have not experienced any issues with this in the past and believe this may be because i have recently updated my itunes softwhere.

Furthermore Itunes will no longer sync with my iphone 4 which has never been an issue in the past. Both problems have occured together.

Any help would be appreciated
