photos do not appear on icloud

I have my photo stream set to sync to iCloud on my iPhone, but when I log into iCloud on my browser (chrome) there's no icon for photos. I'm using a PC. I see Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Finf my iPhone, and iWork. No photos. Thoughts?
