Hey, first timer here.
I'm considering subscribing to iTunes Match but I have no idea if singles, that I've purchased elsewhere and uploaded to iTunes (and also actually get matched), would count towards buying a single in iTunes, therefore making the full album eligible for Complete My Album. Just wondering if this is the case as that would be a major selling point for me.

If you are buying just individual tracks off an Album, then, yes, that Album will still be eligible for Complete My Album, just as is was before. If you are buying an actual digital single, then, no since those are generally not part of a complete album.
If you got these tracks from some other source other than the iTunes Store, no, they will not count at all.

Yes, even if the track is "matched" the album it comes from will not be eligible for Completely My Album in your account because you did not buy the original track from the iTunes Store.
Okay, that makes sense, a little disappointing but that's the way it goes.
