I can't connect my bluetooth headset.

I tried to connect my bluetooth headphones (sennheiser MM450) to my ipad2 but theipad would not locate it although they connect to my iphone 4S fine. Do anyone else have problems with connecting bluetooth heasets to the ipad? Any info for troubleshooting would be appreciated.
