how to unlock and remove .exe files from trash

Question

i have multiple copies of LaunchU3.exe, locked, in trash.

how to unlock and remove them.

Remove or delete?

To delete, first try holding down the option (alt or ⌥) key while emptying.

If noondaywitch's suggestion doesn't work, then use Secure Empty Trash. That will normally delete anything in the trash.
