Does anyone know if apple will ever allow this, or is it even possible to allow this without the A5 processor?

Apple knows but I have not heard anything from Apple. It is against the terms of use of this forum to speculate on such things.

I appreciate the quick response. I'm guessing Apple doesn't have any company supported moderators who can answer questions on future updates.
