Lion won't download

Lion won't download

I have purchased Lion at the App Store but it won't download onto my Marcbook Pro? I have version 10.6.8 and 4GB RAM. It says that it's installing but takes about 5 hours to go about a millimeter on the download bar. Any help appreciated!

abort the download and retry. Go back into the app store, click on the purchases tab while holding option and re-install.
