Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..


Any help from the community would be much apprecated! thanks! 😕

You might have registered another e-mail address besides the one you used as Apple ID. I had the same problem just today. I had requested for a password reset a lot of times but didn't get even a single e-mail. Then this gave me an idea that the e-mails were probably sent to another e-mail address: "To access your information, we will send an email to the address(es) on file for you." is written in the request for password reset page. Apple probably intended not to leave any clue of what those other e-mail addresses were for added security. I totally forgot about the other e-mail address I registered into my account, so I checked all my yahoos and gmails and bingo in one of them I found ELEVEN password reset e-mails from Apple! Lol. So, there. Please check your other e-mail accounts. Good luck.
