iPod touch not displaying all assigned genres

I just got ipod touch 4th generation for Christmas. I'm now having a few problems. It has mixed up album artwork, displaying artwork for wrong album but my itunes library where they were uploaded from is displaying them correctly. Also my ipod is not displaying genres correctly. It is not showing Soundtrack as a genre but when I view the music in itunes when the ipod is synced it shows the songs & soundtrack as a genre. Its also displaying Country as a genre twice when neither differs from the other. Any suggestions?
