HD and SD versions of Shows have two entries in Library

Hi - I recently tried the "Complete Your Shows" feature of new iTunes. So I got the new HD versions of the show for a modest update fee which is great. But after download complete, I now have two entries for each show, ohne SD the other with the same name HD. In the folder of the show, the new HD version lists as show1.m4v instead of show (HD).m4v. I cant change the name of the HD version - iTunes puts the name back to the-1- version for its own.

Any ideas what to do?
