How do I get clock
How do i get clock app on my iPad desktop?
How do i get clock app on my iPad desktop?
Search clock in the app store.
There are a zillion choices.
Apple doesn't provide a Clock app on the iPad like they do on the iPhone.
There are a number of thid-party clock apps available at the App Store.
Matt
Thanks to all!
It's too bad I can't get the kind like the iPhone has because these free clock apps comes with ads. I will explore for more free clocks.
I am really frustrated by this too. I love the clock app on my iPhone and want the same one on my iPad. I have no idea why they don't have it already on there or why I can't find the Apple one to download. Would love to have it Apple.
I know right? I wonder why Apple doesn't have that on the iPad, it's not that it cost them anything. 😟 I will ask Apple store next time I go to One to One.
If you look in the store, there are 1,562 clock apps. With so many choices apple would be stupid to try to guess which one you wanted. You have the world to choose from, and many are free.
If they built it in, the questions here would be, " how do i get rid of the clock apple installed, and replace with a different one."
Sort of the same answer for weather apps. A zillion choices in the store. Enjoy the choices!
Thanks, I guess my question should of been is it possible to get the same clock app that Apple ships on the iPhone on the iPad?
No
The hard way would be to go to the app store and page through them all until you find one that looks like it. But you will drive yourself nutz in the process.
A somewhat better way would be to goto appshopper.com and search clock. The display is easier to use, and you can get through the list quicker.
I left feedback for Apple that I would like the same clock app. I really don't think it is out of the question. I mean, yes, you are right there are lots of weather apps. There are probably lots of notes apps. Yes, there are lots of clock apps. I love the one that came on my iPhone and would love to have the same one on my iPad. Well, hopefully people that feel the same way will leave feedback for Apple and speak up. It seems odd to have been left off the iPad.
Totally agree with you. The iPhone clock app is simple and easy to set-up and use - way in front of most of the clock apps you can find for the iPad in iTunes. Alarms and international times are great. It's a wonder someone at Apple doesn't wake up to need to provide this great app as part of the iPad package!! I live in hope!
Go to iTunes and search for iStandard Clock - it is identical to the iPhone app ie all the standard features - and will cost you 99 cents Australian! Non-inclusion of this extremely useful app on the iPad is a strange oversight for Apple who are usually right on the ball in terms of anticipating user needs.
Thank you! I got it!! How did you find it. Thank you thank you thank you!
Bye the look of the iOS 6 screenshots the clock app will be placed onto the iPads desktop after you update!!! I hope it is!!! :D
