two issues. just installed Office for Mac 2011-how do I remove Office for Mac 2008. How do I import my contact, calendar items into Office for Mac 2011 from either Windows Outlook or Address Book and iCal

This is for Q. 1 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2500821. As for Q. 2, the original apps should have Export in the File menu, and the new one should have Import. Here's another Microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290859
