1. What are the key differences between apple retail store, apple shop, apple premium reseller and apple authorized reseller?
I think the premium resellers have to maintain a little "mini Apple store". For service, always try to go to an Apple Store if possible. If not, only go to an authorized service provider. For sales, the only difference is that you won't be pressured to buy some PC junk at an Apple Store. That is why Apple started them. Retailers would try to talk people out of buying Apple products because they (the salesperson) earned a kickback on PC products but not on Apple products.
If you know you want an Apple product and won't be dissuaded, you can get the same prices and enjoy a crowd-free experience if don't buy at an Apple store. Just don't ask any questions because they don't buy. Buy your Mac and leave. Don't buy the in-store warranty. You can buy AppleCare later, direct from Apple.
2. Why in some country is very hard to find some apple products or accesories (example: operating system retail dvd)?
Apple isn't as popular outside of the US. Long story but true.
