I am always prompted to type in a "login" Keychain right after logging onto the computer. How do I disable this?

I've found Keychain Access in the Utilities folder but I can't seem to turn it off.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Keychain Access > Preferences > First Aid

Synchronize login keychain password with account: check

Set login keychain as default: check

Keep login keychain unlocked: check
