HELP! ME! PLEASE!!

I have an ipod touch 4th generation and I turned it on and it showed the apple logo as usual. then I waited for like 1 hour then it was completely frozen for like 3 days and even now. So i tried to restore it and it made an error 3129. and i tried to reset it and i tried the thing where you open your itunes and you press the hold and the home button and let it stay for 5-15 min to see if the homescreen turn on. I did all of that and I can not send it back to the apple company. What should i do. Im desprate right now so I would even try to restore it so please HELP!! D:
