Please help. Last night my brand new iphone 4s froze. I tried to turn it off by holding down the home and wake button. I've plugged it into itunes and tried to restore it, but when it is preparing to restore it the phone turns off. When I try to turn it on the apple logo appears and then goes straight to the connect to itunes page. After 30-45 seconds the iphone turns off again. It will not come on, what can I do to get it to work?

iPhone 4S, Windows 7

If your 4s is brand new, you still have phone support.  The good news is that Apple support people actually speak english!

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may come on itself. If not on, then keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart. Usually less than 20 seconds of holding both buttons. If you decide to Restore the Firmware, then open iTunes on computer, then connect iPhone to computer, then hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone is recognized in Recovery Mode. Usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.
