Have Run Disk Inventory X and Quick time is 47.7GB

Hello,

I have run Disk Inventory X and it says that Quick Time player app is 47.7gb and Spotify .app is 41.6gb. They seem a bit large. Have I got stuff stored that I am unaware of or is that about right for those applications? Is there a way to reduce their size?

I have this problem too. 74gb on my HD. Did anyone every respond to you?

the first post says this is the size of the QT application.

thats wrong, its calculating the total size of all the QT movie FILES on the drive

every user will have a different capacity depending on how many files there have. I have 1.4 Terrabytes
