is there any way to change the default vibration which is just 2 short burst, to something more noticeable?
i know u can customize vibrations for specific contacts if u have (call display) which i have not.
i just want a better vibration for everything

Go to Settings>General>Accessibility>turn Custom Vibrations to ON. Then go to Sounds>Vibration Patterns (at the bottom) and choose the one you want.
Ya i did that,and still get the same results.😟
a friend said since i don't have the call display option, it will not work.
i just want to be sure that is the reason. my phone is only 4 days old
What results are you getting? Are you not able to choose a different vibration? Are all the vibrations the same for you no matter what you choose?

i get plenty to choose from and i even created my own.
and i can preview them, but when i get a text or phone call, i still only get 2 short blasts
