CPU-load factor climbs up with "sync mapi interface helper x64.exe"

Hi,

I use a win 7 64 bit computer with the newest iTunes software, directly loaded from apple homepage. I also use the Outlook 2010 and a iPhone 3GS. All works fine and the synchronisations between OE and 3GS works fine, too.

Whe the computer works without iTunes and no programm is working, the CPU load faktor is still around 0-2% and the harddisk ist quiet, because there is no reading and writing procedure. So far so good.

When I startet iTunes and synchronise iTunes with the 3GS, the computer shows after cloosing the iTunes a load factor around 18-24% in a sequence of 2 sec. and also a writing prozess on the hard disk in the same sequence.

It is very annouing, because the computer is normally quiet.

Have somebody an idea or an solution?

Regards.

Norbert
