My brother got an iPhone for christmas and I got an iPod Touch, but i got mine set up later because it wasnt working right and now everytime i play a game it says "welcome back pnastey#13" because thats what my idiot brother decided his profile name would be. My family shares an apple account. Is there anyway i can get my own game center profile? or do i have to be PNastey#13 forever...? please help!

By reading the following it appears you can log out of one account and then into another. It also appears that you can delete accounts.
Launch GameCenter; tap on the Account:xxx flag; from the popup menu select the View Account option; sign in using the Apple ID that was used; on the screen that appears, scroll down to where the nickname is shown; click on that ield nd change the nickname.
