I just know that we can install Khmer unicode and keyboard only if we jailbreak and use cydia. But iPhone 4S couldn't be jailbroken. Thus, is there way to install it? Thank in advance, mates for giving helps! 🙂

Since OS X 10.7 now includes a Khmer keyboard and font, it should not be hard for Apple to add this to iOS, so ask for it as suggested by wjosten.

I've been searching for instructions how to properly install Khmer Unicode font on Mac OS X (Lion/10.7), and I am happy that someone has successfully installed and use it.
Could you provide me with a link to download the code and keyboard layout, please? I have followed some websites (or third parties such as Nemol or Donh), but couldn't successfully type all the Khmer characters (consonants and subconsonants).
I will continue to send more feedback to Apple channel to have Khmer (Cambodian) language pack on all OS X version and IOS as well.

If you are talking about OS X 10.7, you don't download anything, it is already included. The keyboard layout is called Khmer and found in system preferences/language & text/input sources, while the fonts are called Khmer MN and Khmer Sangam MN. When you use the Khmer keyboard, the Khmer font is used automatically.
