Can a new Mac Mini be bought without Lion?

I would like to get one of the new Mac Mini's but there's just one caveat: I absolutely hate Lion!!!

I liked every previous version of OS X and adapted quite well to some of their changes, but this is too radical and too nonsensical a departure for me to even consider as a day-to-day operating system. If I have to use Lion, I'm not buying a new system and I'll consider looking at PCs and switching back to either a Linux or BSD based system for personal use.

In the past, some of the apple hardware stated a "minimum operating system" but I've found they could usually run previous versions of the operating system. Is this the case with the new Mac Mini's? Could I buy one and then install Snow Leopard on it and have it work successfully?
