[iPod Nano replacement] How long does it take for your iPod to show up as "Received" on repair status page?

In the UK mine took nearly 3 weeks then went from collection to replacment pending, which is wear I am still at since 7th December

I'm in the UK and although I cannot remember the exact time for Apple to update, I'm sure it was something like a couple of weeks. Long enough for me to worry they hadn't received it but then my status finally changed.

I think Apple underestimated the response to the recall and it is taking longer than they originally stated. Hang in there!

in my case it took almost a week, i sent my ipod on nov 28th and they put received on dec 6th!but on the same day i was directly at step 3 !

apple received mine on nov22 but now claim to have received them on 14th december

they keep moving the goalposts
