I learned that if you have panic.plist in your log files (error files) you have to replace your phone with new one, because it refer hardware error, I changed my Iphone with new one. ( restore etc. couldn't solve my problems.)

I bought my iPhone 4s 16GB the day it released and It's been 4 months. It was working properly until a few days ago which I noticed that I shuts down automatically when the power goes down 20%.
Has anyone had such an experience? please tell me what to do?
Also I wanted to know how you guys get a replacement? I am in US but the complimentary warranty period of 90 days is over. I should go on the Apple Care Plan to get a replacement.

Please don't buy IPhone for atleast the next release, Apple should recognice the customers are their boss. Apple is not ready to support. I have the same issue and when ever i had been to the store they were not ready to accept this bug. They need to see this bug but this is occuring once or twice in a day where we can't reach the store the same time.
