itunes error there was a problem downloading 8275

I am running Windows Vista Business 32-bit on a fresh installation of Windows. I have reloaded iTunes 10 and updated my library from a backup I had on my server. I continue to recieve the following error when I try to download a new album that I purchased.

"There were problems downloading some purchased items.

For more information on the items that could not be downloaded, click below."
