Can I add a Hyperlink to Launchpad?

I recently added a hyperlink from Safari to my desktop. Is there a way to move this to Launchpad? I tried dragging it over to Launchpad but it didn't work. I don't want to clutter my desktop which is why I want to put it in Launchpad and I don't want to access it from my Bookmark's everytime.

Forget about Launchpad, that is for applications. Create a folder on your Desktop, and name it (arbitrarily) URLs. Drag and drop your URLs from the browser into this folder. These will be .webloc files that are clickable links. Drag and drop that URLs folder onto the Dock in the location shown in the following screen captures (notice it is to the right of the divider). When you click on the URLs Dock folder, you get the list of folder items, any of which will launch in a new browser window/tab with a single click. The content view is configurable with a right-click on that URLs folder.
