My Mac keeps starting up in windows. How do i change it so it starts as the Mac OS by default?

I have windows 7 installed fine.

I can get into my mac os by holding down the "option key" fine.

I use my Mac OS far more than I use my windows OS.

How can i change it so that my computer starts up in the Mac OS by default?

Go to System Preferences and open the Startup Disk icon. Then select your Mac HDD

When in Windows you can go to control panels and open the Boot Camp icon to set the startup disk.
