No contact details in FaceTime for Mac

I can not see my contact details in FaceTime and therefore can not make any calls. All contacts have the label "Without name" (translated). When I try to add a new contact, the OK button does not save it. Login seems to be ok, because I am able to receive calls. Without the contact details it is impossible to make a call.

Is it possible to reset FaceTime or reinstall it?
