iCal Dashboard App Showing Up Over Apps

Hello,

I have a really, really strange bug. The iCal Dashboard app, doesn't want to stay in Dashboard. Despite many restarts, Dashboard-specific restarts, and such, nothing is getting rid of this iCal Dashboard app does not want to get back into Dashboard!

It stays over top of all active apps-- Google Chrome, Terminal, even games and IM clients. It always stays in the front. The only way I can get it to remove itself from laying over all the programs is to manually kill Dashboard and not allow it to reboot.

Has anyone had this problem and know what's going on with it? I have it shoved into the corner for right now, but its still bothering me.
