I've been receiving consistent error message 5103 while trying to rent iTunes movies. The solution recommended is to find and delete the '/Users/Share/SCInfo' through Finder. I've tried these simple instructions but each time the response from Finder is 'no file found'. I'm using a late model intel iMac with Snow Leopard; so is there an alternative to finding this file which so clearly seems not to exist?

Excellent Niel! Thanks very much. It appears that when I entered 'SCInfo' in the string it shows no results found, but without it the SC file pops up immediately.

I don't even get Users/Shared when I go to the Go To menu???? I rented a movie and can't watch it with this 5103 error
Follow Niel's instructions:
Open the Go menu and select Go to Folder...
In the entry box, type in
/Users/Shared/
- do not omit any of the characters in that string
Click the Go button.
This will open the folder named Shared which is located in the Users folder at the root level of the hard drive.
