Garageband won't install

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased Garageband from the app store. I'm having trouble installing it. Everytime I tried to restart the download a message popped up saying "Garageband was not able to complete the download" this message always pops up when i try to restart the installation.

My Mac specs are:

Version 10.6.8

Processor 2GHz intel core 2 duo

Memory 1GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

I hope someone can help me with this problem. Also i tried download Garageband fresh again but nothing happened.
