Hi all
I've just installed a new ATI Radeon HD 5770 in my Mac Pro, but don't have the power lead which attaches to the motherboard.
It's the lead shown right here -

I've searched, but can't find details of where I might pick one up. Or even what I should be asking for when I go scouting around Tottenham Court Road this weekend... Any help?

Should have come with the video card. You may be able to get one from Apple, or you can find them on eBay by searching for "Mac Pro" PCI power.
OWC www.macsales.com is one. ATI is another. Amazon maybe.
Apple? would they? I'd think that if you bought the box off Apple Store as upgrade kit.

The card was from eBay and was advertised as having no lead. I assumed I'd find one on my original graphics card...
It seems rather common for second hand cards to not include the power cables. People just leave them in the computer the card came from I guess, without realizing that they are part of the card and not part of the motherboard.
That's the one. Tricky to find in generic computer stores or Maplins. Will have to be online. Thanks.
