Hi,
I would like to crete a slide show in Aperture and would like to select certain photos from each 'smart album' in my project. Is there a way to do this?
The total number of photos will be about 450.

Flagging and Flagged View is an excellent way to create groupings.
Go to Flagged View and unflag all Images.
Go to _any_ container, and flag Images you want in your Slideshow.
Go back to Flagged View, select all, and "File→New→Slideshow". Make sure "Add selected items ... " is checked.
Slideshows are special kinds of Albums. Now that you have created the Slideshow album, you can unflag all the Images in Flagged View.

You can add any image to a slideshow by dragging it to the slideshow; either directly from a project or an album, or by browsing and flagging again. When you are done, open the flagged album and drag its contents to your slidshow.
