my time zone is BeiJing as I live there,
my iTunes store is Germany, per my home address.
Anyway's I changed time zones around already but error -1202 still
happens, when I try to download my purchased articles

Try Microsoft website and use Microsoft Fix it 50528 and see if it fixes your problem.

I tried everything I could find here about this error -1202, .... relay everything,
but nothing did help so far.

As I said, my time/date is correct, I tried all the fix button so far mentioned in this forum.
I de-installed and installed all parts of iTunes several times.
I checked my E-Mail Address, but it as the same anyway's since many years.
My account is O.K., as I can download Apps and music, get my genius updates and load CD covers.
I can just not get access to my purchased articles.
Help!

but nothing I did find in this community helped so far.
Pretty frustrating and also the support from the "German Help Desk" is pretty weak.
