iTunes will only open to its license agreement.

iTunes has recently stopped opening for me, all it does is open its license agreement and upon clicking "agree "or "decline" it closes and doesnt do anything else.

I have been reading several threads here about problems similar to mine but all of their answers have never worked for me. I have tried uninstalling and renistalling iTunes and even Bonjour in hopes to get it to atleast run again. If anyone has any ideas about what the problem is or how to fix it i'd greatly appeciate it.

im running window 7 home premium, if theres anything alse you guys would like to know ill try my best to provide the info you need
