Then you need to connect to iTunes on the comptuer and follow the prompts. It sounds as if the iPhone is in a Recovery mode and you need to do a restore. iTunes will prompt you what to do.
I connected to Itunes, but itune says that iphone is disable and can not connect.

how do you replace it in recovery mode ?

My phone got stolen recently but I got it back, it's been disabled. I would've tried the recovery mode, but my home button isnt't working. Have you any idea how I can fix it? Or have it on recovery mode without the use of the home button?
