iphone 4s screen problem

i have a black 32gb iiphone 4s the problem it the screen, it may be fixable i dont know maybe its an effect, im new to iphones but anyway the image on the screen is sharp although things get blurred acroos the screen for example when i turn my iphone on and the apple logo comes on the white colour from the logo will be faintly pushed across the centre of my screen where the logo is. its faint but it does it with everything and its really annoying...........plaese any help would be appreciated. thanks 🙂
