How do I buy Gems in Dragonvale from treasure?

I go to Dragonvale App for Ipad 2->Market->Treasure->Sack of Gems->

APP store pop up shows : Confirm your IN-App Purchase... I select BUY, then APP Store Pop up Shows:

"You Can't Purchase this item

You must purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item."

I checked the RESTRICTIONS settings under GENERAL->Enable Restrictions, and it's on.

Just to troubleshoot I tried the following, but all were unsuccessful.

1. Disable and Re enable IN APP purchase in settings

2. Reboot Ipad 2

3. Download a Free App first, enter my password, and then try again

Can someone please help?

Final Note: The Itunes account has enough funds to cover the 4.99 purchase I am trying to make..

Solved.

This does not have to do with Dragonvale. This has to do with what itunes account you were logged in to when you downloaded Dragonvale.

Quick Fix:

Just log out of the apple store with your secondary account and log in with your original account, the one you must have been logged-into during the Dragonvale install.

On your Ipad2 goto Settings>Store>Apple ID <--- Sign out/in with correct Apple ID

You should be able to use in app purchases for Dragonvale now.

(Once the purchase is complete, you may log back in to the store with your secondary account)

Alternative Fix:

If you have forgotten your other account or do not want your other account, simply delete Dragonvale, and re-download and install under your current Apple ID.
