Difference between Profile Manager and Workgroup Manager - Mobility

Hi,

I find the new Lion Server confusing sometimes as there are so many tools for basically the same things. Now to my question:

Regarding mobility and home sync: What is the difference between the settings in WGM and Profile Manager. I have set up both but don't actually know which takes presidence over the other when the client system logs in. To me it seems as WGM does but I am not sure. Why are the settings in the two tools not synced? Do they work in a different way. Surely something I've missed here?
