Q: i have a fifth generation ipod and its showing me a sad face . cant force it into disk mode what else can i do with it?

i have a fifth generation ipod thats showing me a sad face. cant force it into disk mode and it keeps clicking when i try to charge it. can anybody tell me whats going on or what i can do?

Could be a hardware problem...
